The Electrolysis Society of Alberta, as a body, represents the majority of electrologists in the Province of Alberta.
We seek to further the knowledge of both its members and the public regarding all aspects of electrolysis. Our members represent the highest level of expertise of permanent hair removal, in the Province of Alberta.

What is Electrolysis?
Electrolysis, through the use of a fine filament. is the only method that is proven to provide permanent hair removal. The process of electrolysis has more than 125 years of medical studies and documentation as validation of its safety and effectiveness.
Objectives
The Electrolysis Society of Alberta seeks to:
Promote standards of competence and conduct in the practice of electrolysis.
Promote safe practice by upholding the Alberta "Health Standards and Guidelines for Personal Services".
Provide and promote public awareness of safe electrolysis and its benefits.
Aid members of the public in finding an electrologist in their area.
Offer continuing education opportunities to members, to achieve excellence in their domain.
